She can be capped during the day but mostly wears a PMV (Passy Muir valve) 24×7. So we keep a bib over it during the day. Keeps her ties dry as she drools a LOT! :-)
She's so expressive! So cute! Where is the trach? Did I miss something or is it hiding under the bib? Is she able to wear a cap? Just curious. :)
